- We ADD 10% fat to all deer burger, unless otherwise requested.
- We ADD 15% pork fat to all sausage, unless otherwise requested.
- Must be in SEALED cooler with name and phone number. We can not unthaw meat to be boned out.
- There is a $3 per day storage charge for coolers left over one day after completed.
- TO PREVENT DAMAGE TO MACHINERY, PLEASE REMOVE BULLETS FROM MEAT.
- 70¢ per lb - cut and wrapped
- 50¢ per lb - cut only
- 50¢ per lb for cubing (must be fresh or thawed)
- $1.50 per lb for sausage links (must be fresh or thawed)
- $2.99 per 25 lbs of meat for seasoning (added pork fat or beef fat 1.69 lb)
