We ADD 10% fat to all deer burger, unless otherwise requested.
We ADD 15% pork fat to all sausage, unless otherwise requested.
Must be in SEALED cooler with name and phone number.
We cannot unthaw meat to be boned out.
There is a $3 per day storage charge for coolers left over one day after completed. We are not responsible for bleed outs or cooler damage.
TO PREVENT DAMAGE TO MACHINERY, PLEASE REMOVE BULLETS FROM MEAT.
Base Charge $1.00 per lb. – cut and wrapped
Extra Charges:
Cubed Steak 75¢ per lb.
Jerky 50¢ per lb.
Smoked Sausage $2.75 per lb. + $1.99 nitrate (minimum 25 lb.)
Fresh Link Sausage $1.50 per lb.
All Seasonings $3.99 per pack
Pork or Beef Fat $2.99 per lb.
